A Parfait recipe that will help start your day or end it in a healthy way.
Yogurt, Granola and Berry Parfait
Parfait Recipe Ingredients:
½ cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
4 tablespoons granola (or your favorite breakfast cereal)
1/3 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions:
Fill the bottom of a parfait glass with ¼ cup yogurt. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of granola, then the fresh fruit. Top with the remaining ¼ cup of yogurt, another 2 tablespoons of granola and a couple of fresh raspberries.
