Publication day! I love beginnings. Their promise, their freshness, their anything-can-happen. Of course the publication of a book is not truly a beginning for me. The book was months in the making. And then, once the manuscript was submitted, more months of editing and queries from my very careful editor. Finally, months of blogging and Tweeting and Facebooking while the book was being printed.
Not much like a blog, right? (I love my blog but there is a difference between it and a book.)
So, why did I write a BOOK? And not just put a blog out there?
I love cookbooks and like the idea of a cohesive collection that has been carefully vetted so that it is as perfect as possible. And here it is!
Hot off the presses!
I hope you like it — I love it and want to share DinnerTime Survival with everyone.
I wrote The Dinnertime Survival Cookbook to get us “unstuck” from the same old dishes week after week. Time to change it up. The recipes here are accessible, easy. They are meant to help all of us “survive” dinner! It’s fun, it’s delicious, and it’s a lot easier than you think.
